Development time: ~2 weeks. Development team: Conner Garrison, Katlyn Mayo, Ryan Darras Genre: Uhh, Rage Monster? Angry Jimmy was a really fun project I did back in GDD 2150. The assignment was simple, "Build a collection game." I didn't want to have a game where you just run around and loot stuff, so I talked to the professor about making a game where you "collect rage reducing stuff". He approved and I got to it.
Once Jimmy got to 100 rage he exploded out of frustration, but if Jimmy managed to stay calm long enough to find the teacher that gave him an F for referencing wikipedia, then he could knock that teacher over and win the game. This was another project I used a 3D modeling software to build stuff that I could use in my games. The tables and cave were created in Blender. |
