I had a sudden urge to start working on another platformer, and this is what I came up with after the first nights work. The character moves with custom physics as opposed to Unity's physics system simply because I trust myself more to handle the diabolical situations. The character can move and jump, as well as activate up to 3 "boosts" while in the air. These boosts feel really good, but I'm going to need to get some people testing it soon so that I can fine tune it before I get too deep. The player can also opt to "fast fall" by pressing and holding the S or Down key which effectively doubles the effect of gravity on the player.
